📦 Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free when your order total is over €69. For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
As we ship directly from the factory to offer you the best value for money, the delivery time is generally 8 to 15 business days. Processing your order (quality inspection and packaging) takes an additional 2 to 4 business days.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
No. For deliveries to Germany and the EU, there are generally no additional customs fees or taxes. The price in the shopping cart is the final price.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status at any time on our website under “Track your shipment.”

What is the difference between round and square stones?
Round Drills: Easier to place, ideal for beginners. The canvas shows slightly between the drills, creating a sparkling finish.
Square Drills: They completely fill the canvas (mosaic effect). This requires a little more precision but results in a highly detailed finish.
What is special about the Gulufun canvas?
We use a high-quality velvet canvas. It is particularly soft, rolls out flat, and is completely crease-free. In addition, the adhesive is optimized so that the drills stay firmly in place but can still be easily adjusted if necessary.
Is the accessory included in the kit?
Yes, each kit is a complete set. It includes: the printed velvet canvas, all the necessary diamonds (sorted by color), a stylus, wax, and a tray. You can get started as soon as you unpack it!
🛠️ Help & Service
What should I do if some pieces are missing?
Don’t worry! Despite strict quality controls, this can happen in rare cases. Simply contact us at info@gulufun.com with a photo of your canvas and the color number. We will send you the missing diamonds free of charge.
How can I order a personalized picture?
Go to our “Custom Design” page, upload your photo, and select the desired size. For the best result, we recommend a size of at least 40x50cm so that the details are clearly visible.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee. The item must be in its original packaging and unused (the protective film must not have been removed). Please note that personalized images cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
If the canvas or accessories are damaged, please send us a photo immediately via our support team. We will promptly send you a free replacement.
