🎁 For orders of €59 or more: FREE SHIPPING (Plus €3 secure EU customs fee).

1. Processing time

Before shipping your set, we take the time to check its quality and pack it carefully.

  • Order preparation: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Note: During periods of high demand (sales, Christmas), this period may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery times

  • Duration: 8 to 15 business days.

  • We ship our products directly from our partner workshops (in Asia) to guarantee you the best value for money and avoid costly intermediaries.

3. Shipment tracking

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time via our β€œTrack My Order” page or directly on the shipping provider’s website.

4. Taxes and customs

Good news! The vast majority of orders (especially to Germany, the EU, the United Kingdom, and the United States) are not subject to customs fees. The displayed price is the final price.

  • For certain remote or specific destinations, local fees may apply upon delivery. In this case, we will inform you by email before shipping.

  • By placing an order with Gulufun, you agree to cover any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

  • Please note: If a package is returned to us or destroyed due to nonpayment of these fees, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

5. Our β€œworry-free” guarantee

We know that waiting can be difficult. Therefore, we commit to the following:

  • Package lost? If you do not receive your order within 30 business days, we will issue a full refund or immediately send you a new set.

  • Delivery problems? Contact our support team at info@gulufun.com for a response within 24 hours.
